Akin

written by Noah Kelly and Sarah McKereghan

Synposis:
Akin (it’s in the blood) is a two-act dark thriller about how the choices you make in life can have a profound effect on not only you, but also the people that surround you. Akin delves into two possible outcomes of the choice John makes to reveal or conceal an extramarital affair with his wife’s identical twin sister. With both women pregnant by him, we see how both choices affect the life of an entire family over 32 years. The two acts present the story as a set of parallel universes, as the time line of Akin twists and turns to reveal what might lie beneath the surface of one person’s actions.
